Walk among ancient giant sequoias over 1,000 years old. The North Grove offers an easy 1.5-mile self-guided trail, while the South Grove provides more secluded 3.5 and 5-mile hikes through an expansive sequoia forest. California's oldest continuously operated tourist attraction since 1852.
17-mile trail system
A non-motorized trail network for hikers, mountain bikers, and equestrians. The "Top of the World" viewpoint offers sweeping Sierra views from Mt. Diablo to Mt. Lyell near Yosemite. Dogs welcome when kept on heel.
